Evona Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Evona”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects the privacy and personal data of individuals. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how we and any companies commissioned by us (data processors) collect, use, process, store, transfer, and protect personal data (“Personal Data”) provided by users of our website, clients, and their respective customers (collectively, “Clients”, “you”, “your”).

This Policy applies to Personal Data collected through our website https://www.evona.ai/, our omnichannel platforms, software applications, chatbots, mobile applications, APIs, and any other products or services provided by us (collectively, the “Products and Services”).


Applicable Laws

We handle Personal Data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to:

  • The Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (PDPO)
  • Any other applicable national or regional data protection laws

Where Evona acts as a data processor for Clients, we process Personal Data strictly in accordance with Client instructions and contractual obligations and do not use such data for our own purposes.

Our Products and Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies before providing any Personal Data.


M. Terms of Use

This Policy forms part of and is incorporated into our Terms of Use available on our website.


N. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our Products and Services or by other appropriate means. Changes take effect 30 days after notification unless otherwise required by law.


O. Severability

If any provision of this Policy is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


P. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Hong Kong in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
